We have lost the Buy Box (Featured Offer) for one of our ASINs

We have lost the Featured Offer eligibility (Buy Box) of one of our popular-selling items - ASIN B00LLNTAUQ . I have been trying to resolve this through a case with Seller (case ID 16916407461), but the responses from the Seller Help are primarily default responses suggesting that I lower my price. I have explained in the case I submitted that this is our branded item that we manufacture with an established price point that we use to maintain the integrity of the product. We have made a promise to our wholesale customers that we will not undersell them with our items on the Amazon platform, so that they can purchase from us wholesale and resell our items while maintaining our manufacturer’s suggested retail price. To lower our price (as Seller Help is suggesting) will violate this promise and diminish our integrity as a manufacturer.

This item has shown to retail very well on Amazon at the current price point. Plus, our account health is excellent and we are a strongly reviewed seller. We have been in business for over 30 years and have great success in the consumer market with our products. I assure you that this price point is appropriate and has been embraced by consumers without resistance. Are there any suggestions beyond opening a case with Seller Help on how we can get the Featured Offer eligibility restored on this item?
