HELP!!!!!!! I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings! HELP!

I really need your urgent help/advice guys.

First of all, I'm not a new seller. I've been selling since June, I've achieved month on month steady growth on the UK marketplace. I currently have over 30+ active SKUs.

However, overnight, without any warning or notification, since 30 October, I have had a significant issue with my Amazon account: I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings.

As a result, my sales are declining. Also, my account health is currently 276.

I have thoroughly reviewed my store multiple times to ensure compliance with all guidelines. Additionally, I would like to mention that all of my products are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and meet the necessary requirements for obtaining the buybox.

However, as to the reason why this happened and what I needed to do to get it resolved, I was told nothing but to wait. The problem is that I am losing money every day by not being able to sell anything, but I have to cover the costs of my business and order new products.

I cannot name here all my ASIN, because this issue affects ALL of my SKUs (30+ listings), These are a few of the asin I've had problems with:

and given that it appears to be an Amazon-side problem. Therefore I am requesting your urgent assistance.

It doesnt work like that - the mods cannot/willnot interfere with buy box allocation- in fact no team does this. There may be 100 sellers on your listings - all of whom may equally qualify for the buy box - Amazon rotate it between sellers anyway, there is no guarantee of who gets it and for how long. Sometimes there is only one seller but the buy box isnt awarded to that listing.

There are many ele,ments that go into deciding who gets the buy box - price, speed of delivery, account health, feedback etc.
