USPS Priority Vs. USPS Ground Advantage

A couple months ago, we 100% switched to Priority because of all the crazy problems we were having shipping ground. Of course it costs more, so I wanted to see if anyone had been shipping ground lately, and it's gotten any better. I've also heard some say that both ground and priority packages are treated the same way, but I'm not sure if this is true. Here's a list of problems we were experiencing with ground. Anyone know if this has gotten better?

-Delayed packages.....lots and lots of them. Some delayed up to 30 days. Got tired of mad customers

-Seems like we got a lot of shipping adjustments using ground. Still have gotten a few, but way less with ground.

-Seemed like we received customer complaints daily wondering if their package was lost or if they'd even receive it at all. And tracking updates are so bad, it's hard to truly know.

Priority is NOT perfect. There's still packages that have taken up to 7 to 10 days to be received, but after about 2 months of changing, have definitely noticed a massive difference.

Is Ground Advantage still horrible?

Thanks!!

I have had very few problems with Ground Advantage. A few adjustments early on but none lately. If you ship cubic you may experience adjustments if you enter the sizes shown on the boxes, which are usually less than actual sizes. I ship mostly media items and Ground Advantage Cubic is frequently cheaper than Media Mail for heavy items. I have the advantage of being in the middle of the country and don't experience a lot of late deliveries, and my volume of shipments is not great.
