Tracking said delivered to Sweden but lost A-Z Claim
Sent a £150 book to Sweden using tracked Royal Mail up to £250 as Click and Drop only offer Tracked OR Signed to Sweden not both and I like to track the item. Big mistake as tracking says delivered but buyer and Amazon A-Z said no in a claim and appeal.
Have tagged the people below as saw them mentioned in another discussion that they may be able to help. Have also emailed 2 Royal Mail Customer Services addresses that I have used in the past to seek assistance as a Royal Mail claim will just say it has been delivered.
May have to just sell items over £50 to the UK on on Amazon. Don't usually have these problems on Ebay as they usually side with the tracking.
Also now have a 2.5% order defect rate on my account which is over the 1% allowed so double whammy.

There has been a lot of posts recently about European postage leading to high level of claims, we pulled out of European sales long before Brexit for exactly this reason.
If it is your only A-Z then I would not worry too much about the ODR as very unlikely you will get suspended for 1 order.
