Incorrect New Small and Light Fees in Manage Inventory


Yeah my homepage is telling me to reduce the price of one of my £3 cards to £1.90 to match my competitor, someone else seems to have dropped to £1.95 (probably to compete with him yesterday cause it was £1.95 then)

No idea how they can sell it that cheap and make a living, especially as they’re a vat registered limited company! It wasn’t exactly a card that cost 40/50p to buy either!

Its not often I’m the dearest on a listing :rofl:

I’m seeing this not just on small and light but all. Most of my fees for FBA gone from 4 to5 to 6 to 8 on none oversized products…nearly 2£ increase

Did you see the statement on the new dimensional weights / sizes?


I’ve just noticed an order that was bought last Saturday has been charged £1.71 instead of 65p…is this going to rectified as I really don’t want to rely on SS to fix this as they’ll, more than likely, go off and remeasure the item wrong again


Was it shipped yesterday ?
If so, the fees were applied for orders shipped yesterday, even if purchased days before


It was purchased Saturday and processed on the 1st but I got feedback from the buyer the same day as the processed order however, my buyer is in the Irish Republic so that was rather quick.


Hi Maja, I’m still getting told by Amazon seller support that I need to provide the affected order ID’s, FNSKU’s and ASIN’s. It doesn’t matter how many times I tell them.
Any update would be good as they are going to close the case if I don’t provide them with the information they have asked for.

Hi @GKYD, yes. It’s still not working as it should. Somebody just needs to increase the eligible weight criteria from ≤225g to ≤960g for Large and Extra Large Envelopes in the S&L Programme.

They finally answered my case today and gave me an 85p reimbursement for the sample order I gave them. As of yet I haven’t received any reimbursements for any of the orders…I take it that this will happen automatically?
