PAN EU Registered But Previously on EFN
Hi everyone,
So, I’ve been selling for the last year via EFN. However I’ve registered for VAT in the EU countries and signed up to Pan EU. How do I go about stop using EFN moving forward and using PAN EU?
- Does my UK inventory automatically get routed into EU
- Do I need to send additional stock into EU and only that stock will automatically move across EU? Or do I need to send stock to each EU country? I.e. Germany, France, Spain etc?
Any support would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

No, You need to send stock directly to EU fulfilment centres. This can be very complicated - there is a lot to read up on.
Yes, you can just send stock* to one EU country and Amazon will redistribute it to countries where you are VAT registered based on sales data.
See above, sending stock can be difficult, chose which country to send to carefully as requirements and difficulty vary.
Are you registered for LUCID/EPR etc in Germany/France?

You need to register for PanEU, then ensure the products are eligible for the program.
If they are, then you can ship to one EU centre and Amazon will move stock around as appropriate.
However, I believe that EFN is still used between countries, for when your actually of stock in that country. But overall, it should reduce your reliance on EFN.
Bear in mind that the rates for EFN tend to be better in the EU, than from the UK.

I am going through this.
I decided I couldn’t manage the pricing with supply moving between EFN and PAN EU so I set up a new SKU for the EU.
I toyed with the idea of keeping the previous EFN SKU as well (for when I ran out of stock) but wasn’t sure I wouldn’t be breaking some rule about multiple listings on the same ASIN. I didn’t think seller support would understand the question and I wouldn’t trust their answer anyway.

We’ve been sending PANEU stock into France for nearly 3 years with few issues. You cannot send to Germany without (boots on the ground) fiscal representation. France do not require this. Quicker, easier and cheaper!

Hi guys and greetings from Germany.
Maybe you can help.
We have been using PAN-EU for a long time and are registered in many EU countries.
We are also UK VAT Registered.
Now we have created the same items in the UK with the same ASIN and the same SKU. Disabled “Use EU inventory to fulfill orders to the UK” in settings. We don’t want EFN only FBA in UK. The stock in the UK is then 0 (inactive), which is correct for the time being.
Now we have sent goods (customs processing via AVASK). That was also recorded. You can see it in some reports. They are in the report on “available”. But “all inventory” are zero and all items are inactive. All items are also set to “AMAZON_EU” (FullfillCenterID) via a feed.
Everything is correct … but no stock and all items “inactive”
Does anyone of you have a tip?
Regards
hardy

7 days AVASK customs papers.
The transport then went quite quickly from Germany via UPS (3-4 Days)
Basically no (quite few) problems. But no stock
It is an EU item. Not only in the UK. Same ASIN AND SKU everywhere.
If I say that Amazon can also take the EU stock in settings, then I have stock (active) in the UK. But that’s exactly what I don’t want (EFN). I want own stock in UK for FBA UK

Or does it also work if I say “Use the EU stock for the UK”. And they prefer stocks in the UK? Or is the stock UK somewhere in Neverland.
Amazon says: Put item on FBM, then back on FBA. Then delete item and wait 24 hours. Then create the article again. But unfortunately no success either. Something is wrong with the account.
But there are no locks or anything like that. Not suspended …

Yes, UK storage is enabled.
From 07.05. can i do some research for an other package. Maybe I’m lucky there.
