FBA and FBM offers
Good morning,
I have 2 offers for the same ASIN. One is shipped by us and the other one is FBA.
The Featured Offer ends up being the one Shipped by us. Why?
This means that items stay long in the Amazon warehouse for no reason.
Anyone can help me in this?
Thank you.

One of the factors to getting the buy box is how close the item is to the buyer. So when you look at it from your buying side, the closest seller will of course by you.
Experiment with changing the “deliver to” zip code and see which offer wins the box.

Hi @Seller_SpenEx9Fzag80,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. This help page Featured Offer eligibility has some info on the process.
There are two steps to selecting offers to feature. First, we determine which items are eligible to be featured based on criteria that are designed to give customers a great shopping experience. Second, we select compelling offers to feature from among this pool of eligible offers.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
Dominic

If the price is the same, it's generally expected that FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) listings will supersede FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) listings for the Buy Box due to the appeal of Prime shipping. If you're observing that your FBM listing is taking precedence over the FBA listing despite having a slower shipping time, this is indeed unusual.
If you wish to have the FBM listing supersede your FBA listing, you may adjust the FBM price to be slightly greater than the FBA listing or consider closing the FBM listing.
