Hello Everyone.

Any suggestions how to contact Amazon Ads support? All the support links are not working. I am constantly getting message:

This page isn’t working the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 400

We are not getting widespread reports of an outage, so I am thinking it is an issue unique to your current experience. Have you tried a different browser? Our web-based applications work best in Firefox and Chrome.

We have been having this same issue for 2+ days now. The various pages on the Amazon Ads counsel will load on occasion, but most of the time we are getting the "HTTP ERROR 400: This page isn’t working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner."

This includes our storefront, amazon posts, and everything else that you gain access to through the ads manager. Our connection keeps getting interrupted on these pages. This is happening on multiple devices across multiple accounts, which leads us to believe it is not an account issue but a backend Amazon issue.

Is anyone on the Amazon Support Staff able to look into this further? Or are there any other sellers who have experienced the same issue?

I see you and other sellers are continuing to have this problem with receiving an error message when trying to contact Amazon Ads support. I am going to contact this business team the next working day on Monday, January 22. I so appreciate your patience as we work to correct whatever is causing that error message.
