Friends account cannot be logged in to update new credit card

Hello, I am relaying this message to get help for my friend by Amazon support.

I have been trying to get my Amazon account back since August 2023 and have had over 50k locked in my account. My regular Amazon account was hacked into and was adding credit cards of scams onto my account and was making purchases delivered to California which I live in the Midwest. My credit card was compromised so I contacted my bank and got a new card. My seller account was linked by the same email so my seller account got locked. I was emailed by Amazon to pay for the products I did not order which was only 2 products that were around $100 each. I made the decision to pay for these even though I did not authorize or receive these products to get my seller account back and running. My account was reinstated but then 2 days later locked again. I received another email to update my credit card information but I could not login to put in my new credit card. Since then I have been contacting multiple emails to Amazon but have gotten no real help or the same link to update my credit card but you need to login which I cannot. Please help as I will like to continue to sell on Amazon as well to get my money back. Thank you
