AWD shipment in transit, but POD indicates it was delivered 2 months ago.

Hello team.

We have a shipment sent to AWD (IUSP) and carrier provided the POD; confirmed delivery in 02/19.

So far, we're only getting automatic messages from Seller Support saying they're looking into it. This is very frustrating as the shipment is still "in transit" status on AWD. Shipment ID is STAR-VPC3XQX7VAXAU.

We have an active case ID for this, opened for more than a month: 17592279931

Can anyone help us determine what happen to the shipment?

@Topher_Amazon, can you please help us checking what could have happened with the 200 units?

We've sent them in 100 master cartons with 2 units in each. Any help would be very appreciated as we're now waiting for more than 2 months on a shipment update and more than a month waiting for Seller Support to provide us more info.

We've only been getting the automated template responses for our case ID 17592279931 while the 200 units from AWD shipment STAR-VPC3XQX7VAXAU (now showing as closed since the past 2 weeks) are still missing, despite the POD confirming the delivery on Feb 19.

Any help would be greatly appreciated Danny. If you could assist maybe assigning one of your colleagues to this we would be very grateful.
