Seller fulfilled prime
We want to achieve our Prime badge but our courier doesn't deliver on Saturdays and will not collect from us on Saturdays. This means we are currently having to reduce our stock to 0 from 1pm on Thursday to 1pm on Saturday so we dont get any late deliveries or dispatch issues. Is there anyway round this?

I don't think there is. And I imagine amazon will catch on eventually anyway and you'd be out of the SFP program for contravening the terms. Who is your courier?

For SFP, they will make you use:
Evri Hermes UK (as Amazon make a profit as they Buy the label and charge you more than they pay)
DPD UK (again, as Amazon make a profit as they Buy the label and charge you more than they pay)
Royal Mail (if you ar lucky! - as on your RM account, so Amazon do not make a profit on these)
Amazon's own courier (as Amazon make a profit) - minimum requirements for this and to be in a collection area.
All the above cover Saturday delivery at the same price as weekdays.
No other couriers can be used for SFP.

Instead of reducing your stock levels down to 0 (or putting your account in holiday mode), have you considered just changing your shipping template to one that doesn't support SFP? Apparently this is what a lot of people who can't ship on a Saturday do, they switch shipping templates.
