HLEP! Why is my product labeled as a key duplication machine?
My product is a car scan tool, why is it labeled as a copying machine? They have nothing to do with each other and can be seen through pictures. I submitted an appeal with detailed information attached, but within 5 minutes, Amazon replied that it did not meet the restoration criteria. May I ask what to do about this?

What are the audit criteria for key duplication machines? There are hundreds or thousands of products similar to mine still being sold on Amazon, why aren't they being reviewed? I am very surprised by this.
