Hi,

Per an email from Amazon dated January 24th, my storage capacity for FBA for Feb 1-28th was set to 832 cu ft. The email showed my current usage as 213 cu feet.

Since I had capacity, I ordered from my vendor. I am trying to ship an order to fba, but I'm receiving an error that says I am at capacity. The error says to look at the capacity monitor. The capacity monitor says my limit is around 250 cu ft and that I have exceeded my capacity. This is about 600 cubic feet lower than the email I received from amazon. Now I have a small amount of merchandise to ship and I am stuck.

I opened a case with support. They think I am asking for a routine increase for february. I am not. To me this seems like a technical issue. I was told my capacity to be over 800 but now it is around 250. I need that capacity that I was supposed to have to be restored.
