getting the same issue here. have contacted Amazon support numerous times and getting same response of here are the invoices. but none of them are for the FBA fees.

same.. its a disgrace. there whole reporting thing is a mess. its not simple for us at all. there are pages and pages of all sorts of reports now for each month.
but yes i have no fba fees report so cannot do vat return accurately as it stands.

Yes mine is still missing. Have raised a case with Seller Support for the good that will do! They say they have passed it to the relevant department. This really has been very badly implmented.

I had a response today stating it will be made available on the of each month for the previous month, so 30/9 for August, 30/10 for September and so on.

This is still a total mess despite having over 60 invoices now for August.
Here is what I can determine from the invoices though:
FBA Fulfillment is 20% in the UK only - ["FBA Transaction fees" or "Fulfillment by Amazon" depending which report you look at]
Commission/Referral/Seller Fees are 20% in the UK & EU - ["FBA Selling Fees" or "Merchant VAT" depending which report you look at]
Advertising is still 20% only in the UK
So despite the fact that they should be charging VAT at 20% on ALL the above, they are not. What a mess.
