Address verification failed due to missing of ZIP code
I submitted documents from a local tax office and from a bank without ZIP code
Because they normally do not show up a ZIP code on their local documents.
Eventually, I failed address verification with those documents and my UK account is deactivated.
I just realized that ZIP code issue by myself and submitted and I am waiting their response, but sill I am concerning.
Do you think ZIP code would be a problem? Please advise us if someone has the same issue with me.
