GCC Rejection: Tested Place Missing (It's not)
I have an ASIN where the deadline for lab test approvals is approaching. I have submitted all reports for this item yet, for some reason, the product safety team keeps rejecting the reports stating that the GCC does not contain the "Tested place (city/state/region/province AND country)".
I am not sure if these documents are being reviewed by AI or an actual human but I can assure you that the tested place is shown on each test performed on the GCC along with the date. Just recently I noticed that their first rejection reply stated that the place and DATE were missing. After informing them that the information is there they then came back and said just the location is missing. This does not make sense since the date and location are both in the same sentence on the report for each test.
I even sent them a copy of the GCC where I highlighted the information to make it clear as day and still received the same rejection.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am not sure how to get past this artificial road block. As usual there is no one to even speak to as the account health assurance line just says that they are unavailable and seller support won't assist with this case.

I'm sorry for the frustration you're having with getting your GCC request approved. I've reviewed your case and see that it was updated on August 6 with the team letting you know they are looking into this request. I would recommend giving them another chance to update you on this request to address it.
If you see that it resolves and still having issues with getting this approval, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.
