What should be done with customer returns
Hello,
I am a new FBA seller and I had my first customer return. The reason is "unwanted item". I understand that in this cases the customer ships the item back to Amazon and Amazon evaluates if the item is in the condition to be sold or not. If it can not be sold then I understand I have to do a removal order or something like that. My question is : how do I find out if you have to do something about that item, meaning like a removal order, where do I go (which menu?) to see if the item is unfulfillable and then how do I do the necessary removal order for that item? Or what is your best practice in reference to customer returns? Thank you

Hi @Seller_GV4GrtWh0SvBX
I am adding a link here to the help page in Seller Central where you can learn about FBA returns.
To get information about a returned product in relation to removal you can access the help page below.
