Does anyone knows why AMAZON not accepting approval request for designer watches like FOSSIL,HUGO BOSS ,TOMMY HILFIGER...all of them shows as ''NOT AVAILABLE'' is there other way to get approved ?

It is up to amazon to decide if they want to accept sellers in a particular category. Are you a new seller? You might have to built up a sales history in other categories first.
Its also worth noting it is against amazon policy to use amazon trademarks in your store name. Replacing letters with numbers, while getting around the bots and AI, if they spot your store name, they may take action.
