hi- fba lost half a shipment and magically has 2 extra of an item. reconcile tab is not available despite the shipment being available for investigation , it gives an error message when i try to upload documentation. then I contacted seller support and they wouldnt allow me to investigate it because their "tools" said they couldn't find them- how does amazon determine this in 1 minute? i gave them manufacturer packing list and asins on chat.
