Fake 2-star review from NEW Non-Prime accounts
We received a fake 2-star review. Some aspects point out this could be a competitor trying to damage us:
- Profile is brand new with month old reviews. All products reviewed by the customer are newly launched products except ours
- Profile is non-prime with the free shipping promotion
- Customer never responded to any of our messages where we offer assistance to fix the issue
- Customer claims that the product is “slow”, a fake claim considering it's the fastest on the market for its kind
- Besides the 2* review given, customer didn’t apply for a refund, return or replacement
We have sent evidence of this abuse to all the normal escalation emails and even though this clearly violates Amazon's Anti-Manipulation Policy for Customer Reviews, Amazon continues to allow this fraud to persist.
We have tried so far: the Report Button on the review, we have emailed community help team, we have created seller central cases.

Thank you for posting there at the forums and bringing this matter to our attention.
Overturning this type of Product Review is not easy as it doesn't seem like the review is going against Amazon Guidelines.
Can you please provide me with the Case ID where you added all the evidence ?
