Feature Offer Eligibility / Buy Box is 0%
Hello all,
My Buy Box / Feature offer eligibility is at 0% and all of my listings do not have the buybox
I own my own brand, there are no other sellers for it.
Performance metrics are all perfect (100% positive feedback, 0% ODR, 0 negative feedback, 0 charge backs, 0 violations, 0 late shipments, etc)
My sales have basically gone to 0 since it happened
My account health is perfect (204)
Asking for some help here, i have tried just about everything i can think of and nothing resolves it, i still do not have the buybox
Any help would be so appreciated.

I have the same issue! Our account is health, 0% ODR, 0% Late shipment rate, 100% valid tracking and on-time deliver rate.
2 months ago. I lost the buybox. After someone help me in this forum, I get buybox back. Few days ago, no sales anymore and I just find out the buybox is suddenly gone again.
Could anyone can help me with this again?
