3 shipments are lost in 1 month!!
Hello,
This is immensely painful that all your hard work that are putting into sending shipment and keeping your business alive, is gone when you find out 3 shipments are completely lost.
Given all Invoices for my lost items, No response from amazon. This is not acceptable. Called to amazon and asked to escalate, emailing them constantly, there is no response!!!
Plz help if possible.

Same here you send a shipment to FBA ,. still not delivered and no updates , no one to ask , it is just a lose, anything to do or take it up the and move on ? part of doing business on amazon ? they should make an insurance like other loses like someone stole your car or broke into your home they have insurance
This time around its sent to HIA1 no updates since Feb 16
