Hi guys. I'm going to send a package via UPS (not partnered), and the carrier is asking for the recipient's details. The only information I have from Amazon is the shipping address. Does anyone know what I should put for the contacts, like phone number and email? I appreciate anyone who can help me!

If you must enter that information, use your own details so that you can make the booking. The Amazon info does not exist.

The carriers should book the appointment with the fulfilment centre directly using carrier central. We strongly recommend that it is your carrier and not you who books the delivery appointment. This is to avoid any confusion and mismatch in the information provided to the fulfilment centre.
The required information the carrier needs to supply to book the appointment does not include phone number or emails. There may be confusion from the carrier asking you to provide those details. Please follow the resources below and work with the carrier so they can schedule the appointment:
