Regarding the issue of the disappearance of the Amazon Buy Box.

The store is not a new store. Product rating 4.5. The product is shipped via FBA. There was a BUY BOX before January 17th, but it was suddenly lost after January 17th. I have opened many cases, and the response from Amazon staff is very official, saying that a competitor (a seller outside of Amazon) offered the same product at a competitive price (product price+shipping fee) compared to the Amazon seller's product price, which led to the disqualification this time. However, we have never found anyone outside of Amazon who sells the same product as us at a lower price than us (there are only independent sites outside of Amazon that sell this product, but the price is also higher than the Amazon site)

After trying various methods, I couldn't get the BUY BOX button back, and there was no BUY BOX when creating a new LISTING. This has had a significant impact on our sales, and as time goes on, the impact continues to worsen. I am very sorry that this has caused us irreparable losses. I kindly request your help in applying for the restoration of our buy box. We have always followed Amazon's policies and hope to have a long-term cooperation with Amazon. I hope you can help us handle the restoration of our buy box
