I don't understand how the ship by dates are calculated. These orders were placed an hour apart and selected the same shipping service yet they have different ship by dates. I have SSA turned off and handling time set to 1 day for all orders except 2 day or overnight which are same day. Why are some order required to be shipped earlier than others like this? And how do I fix it so there is more consistency?
