Feedback Count Incorrect
Hello, hope all are well. I've been having an issue for a little while with my feedback count and I'm checking in to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. I have 0 negative feedback that has not been removed/struck thru. However, the summary at the top shows 1 in the last 90 days, and 4 for the lifetime of the account. I've tried Support, but they seem to think I want to know how to have a negative review removed.
Anyone else? Am I missing something?
