When I select the Call Me Now option for Seller Support - I am notified that my call is in line BUT i never receive a call - then the message says your call has ended.
I DO get a call immediately when I request a call from the ACCOUNT HEALTH groups

I realized I forgot to tag a moderator and the following is more descriptive of my problem
Ever since I opened my professional seller's account, in June 2023, I have been unable to receive a phone call when I select the call feature in the case portal. The phone number posted there matches my account phone number but a call is never sent to my phone. However, if I use the Call Me Now button in Account Health the call comes through immediately every time.
I have opened a case that ends in circular directions which have all been followed. I need a moderator to pick up this issue and help get this resolved. Thank you so much. The active case number is 117527404601
