Suspected IP violation linked to my UPC/ASIN
I tried to create a new listing without uploading any images at that time, intending to add them later. However, Amazon automatically attached some images of a brand to my listing, leading to a suspected IP violation. I attempted to update and edit the images, but nothing changed. As a precaution, I deleted the listing.
Nevertheless, when I tried to create a new listing with the same UPC, I found myself being linked to the same ASIN and encountering the same IP violation issue repeatedly. Despite uploading my own product images and taking extra care to ensure compliance and avoid IP violations, I'm still facing this challenge.
Can anyone help me with a solution? How can I clear my UPC and ASIN linked to that UPC from that IP violation record?

Hi there @Seller_V63mwWTthnvPv,
I'm sorry that you have had these difficulties creating your listings. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support case on this issue so I can review and see what is happening with this product? It may be that the UPC was used in the past. Thank you for your understanding.
