Need help removing feedback with the word fake in it.
I need help! A customer left a feedback saying that our beads are fake, but that's just nonsense, can you help review it? As you can see we have a very high rating for this product and it is trusted and loved by the majority of our customers. There are many different materials for the beads of the bracelet, and the customer said it looked like a fake, probably because it was a different material than what she wanted. But that doesn't keep this negative feedback. This is also very unfair to the seller. We want to see real feedback, not random rumors that we are fakes. Please help me! @SEAmod
