2-star rating with no review from non buyer

I need assistance. Someone left a 2-star rating on my product and never made a purchase. It was selling fine but now its not because its the only rating i have on this product. so my average rating is showing up as 2 stars. Now no one is buying. What can i do? This seems completely unfair that a random person can rate my product that is only being sold on Amazon. It seems that anyone can just feel free to sabotage a listing by these standards.
