Can't Fix Invalid Charge Method
My account is stuck on Invalid Charge Method. I've updated dated to a valid charge method. Was charged immediately $5,800 without notice, invoice or receipt so have no idea why. Have received no help from the automated responses from the "help support" emails. Can someone please help me? I don't understand whats happening. The card is valid as it was confirmed by the charge as soon as I assigned the amazon US to it but my account still says invalid charge method and it's been over 9 days.
