Seller Fulfilled Prime - Prime Badge Removed
Hello,
We have been trying to join the SFP Program for about 3 months. We were eligible to receive Prime Badge from the beginning of January, but today prime badge is reverted because we can't meet delivery speed metrics. According to the agreement we have made with our cargo company, they provide delivery to all parts of US in 2 days, but Prime Shipping Template contains information "Up to Zone 3" due to SSA. Will this solve my problem if I close the SSA and continue the prime template manually?
Because I'll choose every states manually for 1 day, 2 day etc.
