Which lab perform button cell battery test and provide GCC?

I have tried to contact the Service Providers who Amazon suggested to test my products that have button cell battery and get GCC. It is hard to communicate with oversea providers. They asked question, I answered then we are disconnected. Is there anyone who knows the good lab to refer to us? I'm very appreciating it. Thank you very much!

Although with the current information provided, I cannot confirm or verify previous information provided to you. We will typically never tell you who to use or where to receive testing. We will however provide recommendations on who you can choose based off your situation. These recommendations will be listed in out service provider network which will allow you to filter out the type of testing and regions. This may help with finding a more local testing facility for these compliance documents.
When you were trying to contact the provider, were you using our SPN service for recommended labs? Do you have a related case ID we can look further into?

I am glad you were able to find a lab to complete your testing. Regarding an extension on the time, I cannot guarantee there is a way to do this. You are welcome to create a seller support case with the request, but due to potential safety concerns, the listing may still be deactivated on those dates.
Once you receive your testing documents and they can be verified, the listing will be eligible for reactivation, I would advise continuing to use this thread if you run into any issue with submitting your documentation.
