Shipment to IND9 delivered but no items were found for more than two months
I am reaching out regarding a shipment delivered by UPS to the IND9 warehouse. According to UPS tracking, the shipment was delivered on January 21, but on March 11, Amazon’s system showed that 0 items were found in the shipment.
I initiated an investigation on March 13 and provided all necessary documents, but I have yet to receive any response. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
