Buybox is not rotating whenever there is a seller with a high feedback count.
We have a couple of products that we cannot get any sales for even though that:
1-Our pricing matches the lowest FBA price.
2-OUr offer is an FBA offer.
3-Our feedback count is 1171 4.9 out of 5, only 2 negative feedback from 5 years ago
4-Account health score is perfect no issues.
5-Our offer is a featured offer.
6-Our inventory level for the products is high.
7-We have been selling on Amazon for over 5 years.
8-Neither Amazon nor the manufacturer is on the listing.
This happens only if other sellers have a very high feedback count, they would get all the sales and we get 0 sales.
The only way to get any sales if we started to lower the price below the buybox.
Anybody else facing the same issue?.

The BuyBox is a secret recipe that no seller will ever know. It is a complex algorithm based on many issues. Even if you lowered your price, another seller might offer faster shipping or be a "bigger" seller, etc. Lowering your price can sometimes help, but so many sellers have auto pricers that just beat yours anyways.
There are items that have no one in the BuyBox. Secret Sauce was not met by any sellers on that particular product.
