Brand Name Change
We have several products on Amazon , we are selling from year 2020. For Our ASIN B081D5YTC2 the brand name was changed to "GEEGVV" by someone else. We're no longer able to make any changes to our listing or add videos or branded content. The correct brand should be Natural Glory as mentioned on product itself .
Can you help revert this back, please? We are the manufacturer of this product. The Brand GEEGVV does not even make such products. Now we have been asked to get approval to change our listing.
Our listings is deactivated, and our inventory is Stranded in FBA.

hey this happened to my product aswell. They completely removed the description which removed the sales rank to the product.
This looks like a targeted hack for a bunch of products

Apologies for the delayed response. There are actually a few more steps we are requesting sellers to take regarding unexpected brand name changes. My colleague @Sandy_Amazon, has shared these steps -->HERE<--
- Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature
- Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"
- We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.
- If your report is declined, please don't hesitate to create a discussion post in the "Manage Your Brand" category and be sure to include your complaint ID for faster follow-up.
