Insane FedEx surcharges more than doubling shipping costs?
Does anyone here have experience disputing insane surcharges from shipping carriers? I had a $186.33 surcharge billed as "Other" with no details; contacted seller support and was it was a surcharge for three orders, ranging from 45$ to 85$ per package. The most expensive shipment was maybe 50$ for the original label and my measurements and weight is always spot on to avoid these insane adjustments. I've had these with UPS and USPS on occasion but usually no more than maybe a dollar or 2. 85$ for a single package is outrageous. Not really sure who i go after to dispute these fees?

Hi @Seller_5s2xlBCW56ifS, did they verify if the adjusted charges were for measurement/weight discrepancies? I'd like to take a look at the details if you don't mind sharing the case ID you have opened.
