Brand Registry Product Requirement?

I am trying to register my new brand and have been rejected because they say I need product images. Problem is I do not have products manufactured or labeled yet. So question is do I need a product to get brand registry certified - is there any way to get registered without a product(yet)?

This is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.

Please take a look through the Brand Registry Application Guide In section 3.5 Product information - product images.

Here, it states that sellers must have an image of the actual photo of the product you are planning to sell under your brand.

Brand Registry also checks if the goods on your trademark match the product you are submitting. Please take steps to launching your product first to submit to brand registry. Thank you.
