Prepaid Return Label Exemption
We have a few large products that we seller fulfill on Amazon. When a return is requested we are wanting an opportunity to provide the customer with a seller provided prepaid return label vs the auto generated buy shipping label Amazon issues. We have submitted for SKU prepaid exemption and it will be active for a while and then the exemption will drop off. I have two questions I hope someone has come up across and have found a solution.
* How can we upload a seller provided prepaid return label if Amazon has already issued a label? We have contacted the customer and requested they use our return label, not the Amazon provided one. The reason we want to provide our own label as our UPS pricing on these large items is much better than what buy shipping costs.
* Second, does anyone have any recommendations on how to get a SKU Prepaid Exemption to stick? Our 4 ASIN's are well over the $100 limit and are very large. I have submitted multiple times and are still having this issue.

Thank you for reaching out with these questions and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, have you since had better luck with your seller-provided prepaid return labels?
For your first question, since I'm unfortunately catching this thread a few weeks after the fact, I wanted to check in to see which return label worked for this order? I haven't ran into this situation that often, so I'd love to know your experience with this!
Now for your second question, just to confirm, are you following all of the requirements and instructions listed on the following help pages:
If you are yet you're still experiencing issues with the exemption, I'd encourage you to open a case with Seller Support so they can further investigate what may be causing this to happen. If you do open a case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.
