Just had an email about this and the surcharges in effect from 1st May

It said there was an announcement in January, but apart from the new capacity manager info, I cannot see it - or the charges

I’ve had a long day but still can’t seem to find the info …
I can see ‘overage fees’ but that’s for storage , not storage ratio

This email states

The storage utilisation surcharge that was announced in January will go into effect on May 1, 2023. The surcharge will be based on the storage utilisation ratio and will apply only if you have a ratio that is above 26 weeks and you meet the surcharge criteria.

The storage utilisation ratio is calculated from your average daily volume stored divided by the average daily shipped volume over the past 13 weeks.
