Feedback removal request – comment about courier (EVRI) 026-2227328-1574722
Hi All,
I received a negative feedback for order ID 026-2227328-1574722. The comment clearly refers to the courier service (EVRI):
“would not have purchased from you if I hadn’t known that you use evri. appalling couriers;”
This is entirely about the fulfilment and delivery experience, not about our service or the product. According to Amazon’s guidelines, such feedback should be eligible for removal.
However, my case (ID: 10980461372) was closed almost instantly without proper review.
Can you please have another look and help with the removal?

If it was fba then it should have auto removal.
If you have fulfilled it then this is a legitimate service review and I doubt Amazon will remove it. Harsh but it is about the service and whether they had control or not this is your chosen courier. You picked Evri but at least the comment is directly identifying their issue with the service.
In fact if they had commented that the product was not to their liking, you could have argued it was a product review and even those are difficult to get removal for.
