Buy Box is Sold by Amazon not us
Hi Amazon Team,
Good day! We have a serious issue that Amazon followed and sold our product, so our FBA listing lost Buy Box and have not sales. We have stopped the "Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally" button and not allowed "Refurbishment, Grade and Resell and Liquidations". But Why Amazon can sold our FBA products and make a great loss for our sales.
Please hlep me to check to resolve this issue

We own the brand and we manufacture the product. There are no other sellers of our products on Amazon. We also have patents for this product.

Click on your listing and use the Report a Violation and provide your Patent information to get them off your listing??

It looks like you were able to get some support from other seller's here on the forums about your inventory sold through FBA.

As Selling Partner Support mentioned on the case ID 15319596751: If the product is your brand, the investigation team will conduct an investigation even if it is sold by Amazon without authorization, and it is recommended that you fully explain the situation while reporting.
For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
