Buy Box is Sold by Amazon not us

Hi Amazon Team,

Good day! We have a serious issue that Amazon followed and sold our product, so our FBA listing lost Buy Box and have not sales. We have stopped the "Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally" button and not allowed "Refurbishment, Grade and Resell and Liquidations". But Why Amazon can sold our FBA products and make a great loss for our sales.

Please hlep me to check to resolve this issue

We own the brand and we manufacture the product. There are no other sellers of our products on Amazon. We also have patents for this product.

You mean Amazon didn't buy 10 units or get written permission from the brand and submit this to you?

Click on your listing and use the Report a Violation and provide your Patent information to get them off your listing??

It looks like you were able to get some support from other seller's here on the forums about your inventory sold through FBA.

If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.

As Selling Partner Support mentioned on the case ID 15319596751: If the product is your brand, the investigation team will conduct an investigation even if it is sold by Amazon without authorization, and it is recommended that you fully explain the situation while reporting.

For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.

Please report any abusive behavior using the Report Abuse tool on the Account Health Dashboard. Here is a video on how it works. If you are brand registered, you can also file a report through the Brand Registry report abuse tool.
