My parcels and products lost in Amazon

Hello amazon, 2 of my parcels were lost at different times. My 1st parcel was 8 months old. My 2nd parcel was 2.3 months old. Even though I provided amazon purchase invoices and delivery proof, product image and parcel image, it is not resolved. I open a case in detail, I explain everything, I provide all the documents, my situation is not resolved, I am very tired now, there is no solution. manager ? I want my products or my money back, I can't do business, Amazon confiscated all my capital, I have neither products nor money left, help me?

shipment id: FBA17KXD5C00 (Amazon says the product has been counted, but the product does not appear to be in my stock, I sent 40 units elsewhere, 20 units were sold, 20 units are missing)

shipment id: FBA17Y3NKSPM (I sent 10 units, the same product was counted as 0, the same product was counted as 0 in another shipment, Amazon counted it wrong, let me prove it, they loaded it into my stock, but for this shipment, it was counted as 0 units, which seems impossible, I provided all my documents such as the purchase invoice and proof of delivery)
