Acceptable range is not 100% perfect. Any little thing can take it away-we just had an A-Z that was under review (not effecting our metrics) and we still lost the FOE/Buy Box. Didn't get it back until the buyer finally gave Amazon what they were asking them for.

There is no published criteria for winning the Buy Box or Featured Offer. Amazon does not share that information with sellers and the moderators cannot help you with this.

Given this situation, I recommend reviewing the eligibility criteria to ensure that your ASINs meet the criteria for a feature offer. Keep in mind that even if you meet these criteria, your ASINs do not necessarily have to have the feature offer.
I also recommend checking your ODR rate to prevent other ASINs from losing eligibility.
