My account was deactivated because it was linked to another account (I don't have and never had another account). In one email, Amazon claims that my account is linked to an RBHobbit account (and I have to send documents confirming that I have nothing to do with this account). How can I prove that something I have nothing to do with is not mine? In another email, Amazon claims that my account is linked to a By-eco account. So my account called By-eco was deactivated because it is linked to a By-eco account. Has anyone had this problem? When I appeal through the form, I get contradictory and automatic answers. I would be grateful for your help.
