Having trouble with 3d models

Hello,

We have tried a couple times to upload 3D models. We receive the message that says "Congratulations, Your can is complete" but these don't seem to be in progress. There is no proof of these 3D models when looking under Add Products/Upload Images/3D asset review. Please let us know what can be done

I wanted to stop by to check in on this discussion post. I see that Case ID: 16651398381 ended up resolving out as Selling Partner Support did not hear back from you. They last mentioned on November 17th, 2024 they could not locate any 3D model image submissions for ASIN ending in K6LP.

Did you still require assistance regarding this issue? Please advise when you have a chance. Have a great weekend.
