Sorry to hear about this experience. If you haven't yet, I would recommend completing some standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies, or trying to access the campaign via a new browser to see if that helps. If not, it would be a good idea to report the issue to our Ads Support team for more technical troubleshooting!
