KYC PROBLEM
Hi there,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling to complete the KYC verification process for adding a bank account to my seller account. Despite my best efforts, and even after following the instructions provided, I am still stuck. I've attached screenshots that highlight the issues I’ve been facing.
I’ve contacted support multiple times, but unfortunately, the responses have not been helpful in resolving the problem. I’ve been told to check with my PSP, and my KYC is already verified there, but I still don't know what steps I need to take on Amazon’s side.
Can someone with expertise in this area please guide me through the correct process? I’d really appreciate it if someone knowledgeable could take a look at my case and help me finally get this issue sorted out. It's been quite frustrating, and I’m eager to resolve this as soon as possible.

Your issue is with the receiving bank,. not Amazon.
