ADVICE for Brand Register
I also have question about Brand Register. We do have our own trademark that was already approved. However, the company list on our trademark is the mother (headquarter) which allow us (sales office) to use it but in the trademark under domestic representative didn't include our company (sale office) on there which we can't process brand register. We did tried to contact attorney (who did our trademark) but they are no longer working which we need them to support. Could anyone advise of how can we process the next step or anyway to make it happen in order for us to pass the brand register?

You have created a Frankenstein situation due to this structure.
From their policies --
The OWNER of the Brand is the one that MUST enter into the Brand Registry agreement. If the owner is not the same as the Amazon seller the seller will have to be granted access by the owner AFTER REGISTRATION.
The headquarters is going to have to actually do some work for a change from the looks!

Hello @Seller_Efj8NtSJ4eodN,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can provide some resources in addition to the responses provided by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp that should help.
- Brand Registry application step-by-step guide help page - Take a look at the "Brand information," section for the 3 options of who can enroll a brand
- Brand Registry application process help page - this gives you a run down of the process
This should be enough information to get you started and if you take the route that @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp suggested, there is also a guide on how a brand owner can grant access that I can provide, but the brand has to be enrolled in Brand Registry first.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
