Being charged multiple professional selling plants for every country amazon enrolled me in
Hi everyone, I am reaching out here in hopes that I can get some help here. I have reached out to amazon customer service support multiple times and have had no luck with them at all. I realized a few months ago that amazon was charging me for every marketplace that they enrolled me into so instead of paying 39.99 i was charged 120.00 in professional selling plan fees. I am just lost at this point on what to do about this. It says that these are accounts are inactive due to incorrect payment method which i thought would solve this issue but it hasnt. I am hoping that someone can help me figure out what options i have here. I really only wanted to sell on the United States marketplace and nowhere else but, they enrolled me into just about every country that they could. It doesn't give me an option to downgrade the other countries to individual. I was also told if i deactivated these marketplaces that it would affect my USA marketplace. Has anyone else dealt with this and handled it successfully? I dont want to merge the accounts because i only plan to sell in the US. any help at all would be very much appreciated.
